Step 1. Get all photos of the items ready.
Take all necessary photos, especially those showing the tags, size, and any flaws. Save them on your computer for easy access.
Step 2. Put the photos on the listing drafts.

Step 3. Keep the item information for your multiple listings in a single spreadsheet.
Whether you’re a Posh Ambassador or not, it helps to keep listing information in a spreadsheet. You can use it to pull information and paste it directly into the listing templates, one by one. This will also serve as your single source of truth for your inventory.
We recommend setting up the spreadsheet with the title, description (including brand, color, size, and condition), and, of course, your tentative price for each item.
Step 4. Add the listing information in batches to the drafts with the photos.
Remember the drafts you saved with only the photos of the item? It’s time to populate the fields in the listing draft as well. Use the information stored in your spreadsheet. Feel free to tweak the title for better SEO.
Step 5. Complete each listing for uploading
Now, for each item draft, make sure you click List so the listing becomes live. Repeat for all drafts.

How to List Multiple Items on Poshmark for Poshmark Ambassadors
You’ve got it easier as a Poshmark Ambassador. You can now use the Bulk Upload feature by following these steps:
Step 1. Access Bulk Upload
Go to your profile in the upper right corner, select the tools icon (with the wrench), and then select Bulk Upload.
Step 2. Choose the template
Choose from the Photos on Your Computer or Photos in an Online Cloud templates. Disregard the Quick Edits template; you can use that later.
Step 3. Save the template in your computer.
After saving, open the template and get ready with your listing information in another spreadsheet. Tip: Make sure you are using either Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers, or Google Sheets for the best compatibility with Poshmark.
Step 4. Fill in the template with details from your inventory spreadsheet.
Or, if you’re just starting with Poshmark, use the template as your inventory spreadsheet. That way, you won’t need to copy and paste information. Otherwise, populate the fields with the necessary details, including the photos.

Step 5. Save the template as a .csv file
Save the completed template as a .csv file, not as an .xls or .xlsx file.
Step 6. Upload the template to Poshmark
Go to Sell on Poshmark, then select Bulk Upload in the top-right corner. Your listings will appear in your closet once the upload is processed. You can upload up to 21 files or templates in 24 hours.
