Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how SellRaze, Inc. (“SellRaze,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our websites, mobile applications, software, marketplace, communications, and related products and services (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, marketplaces, applications, or services that have their own privacy policies. Our Terms of Service govern your use of the Services.
Personal information we collect
The information we collect depends on how you use the Services. It may include the following categories:
- Account and identity information: name, username, email address, telephone number, profile information, authentication identifiers, and account preferences.
- Transaction and payment information: subscription, purchase, payout, refund, billing, shipping, tax, and transaction information, including records of subscription offers, consent, acknowledgments, and cancellation activity. Payment-card details are generally collected and processed by our payment providers rather than stored directly by SellRaze.
- Identity-verification information: when verification is required, information such as a government-issued identification document, date of birth, address, verification images, or verification results. A verification provider may collect this information directly under its own privacy notice.
- Listings and marketplace information: product descriptions, photographs, videos, inventory, pricing, sales, orders, shipping, returns, buyer or seller communications, and other information associated with listings or marketplace activity.
- Connected-account information: account identifiers, authorization tokens, listings, orders, inventory, messages, and other information made available when you connect a third-party marketplace or commerce account. We do not ask you to provide the password for a connected marketplace except when a connection method expressly requires it.
- Content and communications: messages, support requests, survey responses, contest entries, reviews, feedback, and content you submit, upload, generate, or share through the Services.
- Device and usage information: IP address, device and advertising identifiers, browser type, operating system, app version, pages or screens viewed, links and buttons selected, referring source, session activity, approximate location derived from IP address, and timestamps.
- Diagnostics and security information: crash reports, performance data, logs, fraud and abuse signals, authentication events, and information used to protect accounts and the Services.
- Device-permission information: if you grant permission, the Services may access your camera or photo library to create listings or send attachments, microphone to record audio, location to provide location-related features such as nearby shipping drop-off suggestions, contacts to help you find people you know, and notification token to send push notifications. You can change these permissions in your device settings. SellRaze does not upload or store your device contact list merely because you grant contacts access.
- Information from other sources: information from connected marketplaces, payment and identity-verification providers, app stores, analytics and attribution providers, fraud-prevention providers, referral partners, public sources, and other users where permitted by law.
Some information may be considered sensitive under applicable law, including account credentials, precise location if you enable location access, government identification, and financial or payment-related information. We use sensitive personal information only for permitted purposes, such as providing requested features, processing transactions, verifying identity, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations. We do not use it to infer characteristics about you except as permitted by law.
How we collect information
We collect personal information:
- directly from you when you create an account, make a purchase, create content, or contact us;
- automatically when you use the Services, including through cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar tools;
- from services you connect or use with SellRaze, including marketplaces, commerce platforms, payment providers, app stores, and social sign-in providers; and
- from service providers, business partners, other users, and lawful public sources.
For more information about cookies, pixels, SDKs, and related choices, see our Cookie Policy.
How we use personal information
We may use personal information to:
- provide, maintain, personalize, and improve the Services;
- create and secure accounts and authenticate users;
- create, enhance, publish, synchronize, import, or manage listings, inventory, orders, and communications;
- process subscriptions, payments, purchases, payouts, shipping, returns, and refunds;
- provide customer support and respond to requests;
- send transactional messages, security alerts, service updates, and permitted marketing communications;
- measure product use, advertising performance, referrals, and campaign effectiveness;
- develop and operate artificial-intelligence and automation features requested through the Services;
- detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms;
- debug, monitor, and improve the reliability, safety, and performance of the Services;
- comply with law and enforce or defend our legal rights; and
- carry out other purposes disclosed at collection or with your consent.
We may create aggregated or de-identified information and use or disclose it for lawful purposes. We will not attempt to reidentify information that applicable law requires us to maintain in de-identified form.
Artificial intelligence and automated tools
Some features use artificial intelligence or other automated tools to generate listing content, analyze images or product information, provide recommendations, support users, and help detect fraud or abuse. Information you submit to those features may be processed by service providers acting for us. Generated output may be inaccurate, and you should review it before using or publishing it.
Except where we clearly disclose otherwise when collecting the information or obtain your consent, we do not use private User Content to train general-purpose artificial-intelligence models, and we do not authorize service providers acting for us to do so. We may use Feedback and aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you to develop, evaluate, secure, and improve the Services.
We may use automated signals to help identify suspicious activity, protect accounts, or determine whether additional review is appropriate. Where applicable law gives you a right concerning a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects, you may contact us to exercise that right.
How we disclose personal information
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers: companies that provide cloud hosting, content delivery, storage, authentication, analytics, diagnostics, customer support, communications, fraud prevention, artificial intelligence, identity verification, payment processing, subscription management, shipping, and other services for us.
- Connected services and marketplaces: third-party marketplaces, commerce platforms, or other services you direct us to connect with or act upon.
- Payment and transaction participants: payment processors, banks, app stores, buyers, sellers, shipping providers, and other parties needed to complete a transaction.
- Analytics, attribution, and advertising partners: partners that help us understand use of the Services, measure campaigns, attribute installations or purchases, or deliver and evaluate advertising.
- Other users and the public: information you choose to make public, such as a profile, listing, review, or public marketplace activity. Transaction counterparties may receive information needed to complete and support a transaction.
- Professional advisers and authorities: lawyers, auditors, insurers, regulators, law enforcement, courts, and others where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misconduct, or respond to lawful process.
- Corporate transaction recipients: actual or prospective parties and advisers involved in a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
- With your direction or consent: other recipients when you ask us to disclose information or otherwise consent.
The providers and partners involved depend on the feature and platform you use. They may include cloud hosting and storage providers; authentication and security providers; payment processors, app stores, and subscription-management providers; analytics and diagnostic providers; customer-support and communications providers; identity-verification and fraud-prevention providers; shipping providers; product and technology providers that support listing creation, image processing, recommendations, and other requested features; and advertising and attribution partners. When a provider processes information independently from SellRaze, its own privacy notice may also apply.
Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
We do not sell personal information for money. We use analytics, attribution, and advertising technologies that may disclose identifiers, device information, and internet or other electronic activity to advertising partners. Some privacy laws may define these disclosures as a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising even when no money changes hands.
Where applicable, you may request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising by contacting privacy@sellraze.com. You may also limit certain tracking through your device settings, browser settings, and the controls described in our Cookie Policy. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of people under 18 for targeted advertising.
Mobile information and messaging
We do not sell or disclose telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose mobile information to telecommunications carriers, messaging providers, and other service providers as needed to deliver messages, operate the Services, prevent fraud, or comply with law. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP, but we may still send non-marketing messages where permitted.

Privacy rights
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to request that we:
- confirm whether we process your personal information and provide access to it;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete personal information;
- provide a portable copy of certain personal information;
- identify categories or specific pieces of information collected and categories of recipients;
- opt you out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; or

To submit a request, email privacy@sellraze.com. Please describe the request and identify the account involved. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and verification of the consumer’s identity. You may appeal a refusal by replying to our decision and stating that you wish to appeal. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
These rights are not absolute. For example, we may retain information needed to complete transactions, protect security, prevent fraud, comply with law, maintain records, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including while your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. Retention periods vary based on the nature of the information, our relationship with you, legal and contractual requirements, fraud and safety needs, backup cycles, and the need to resolve disputes or enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, we may delete or de-identify it. Deletion from backups and interconnected systems may take additional time.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
International processing
SellRaze and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers. SellRaze does not claim certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the former EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, or the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield.
Children
The Services are intended only for people who are at least 18 years old, and we do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to maintain an Account. If we learn that a person under 18 has provided personal information through the Services, we will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include deleting the information and closing the Account. If you believe this has occurred, please contact us.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and change the “Last updated” date below. If required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change takes effect.
