Royal Staffordshire Pottery Jenny Lind 1795 Red Transferware Teapot and Trivet Stand

Product Description
Beautiful vintage Royal Staffordshire Pottery Jenny Lind 1795 teapot with its matching octagonal stand/trivet, made in England. The set features a lovely deep pink/red transferware pattern depicting a romantic pastoral landscape with figures, trees, water, and architectural scenes. The unusually shaped teapot has a scalloped rim, decorative lid, curved handle, and small feet. The matching stand continues the Jenny Lind pattern and is especially desirable, as these stands are often missing from surviving sets. Both pieces are marked on the underside: Royal Staffordshire Pottery England Jenny Lind 1795 The teapot is in good vintage condition with three small chips: two tiny chips on the feet and one small chip on the inside rim beneath the lid. The interior chip is largely concealed when the lid is in place. Please see photos for condition details. The matching stand is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks noted. A wonderful addition to a red transferware collection, English pottery collection, cottage-style kitchen, or traditional tea display. Includes teapot, lid, and matching stand.
