Hand-carved bamboo drum in the Klong Khaek processional style. Animal hide head with rope tension system. Brown bamboo body with off-white hide head. Gently used with minor wear throughout. Some surface wear and minor cracks in the bamboo. Fraying on the animal hide drum head. Structurally sound, rope tension system intact. A solid piece for Thai folk instrument collections, Southeast Asian decor, or display.
