Vintage Christian Dior Enfant size 4t light blue cotton dress, sold through Saks Fifth Avenue. Peter Pan collar dress light blue with white lace trim and matching lace trim at sleeve cuffs. Separate sheer white overlay on the front bodice and skirt with embroidered floral lace medallions and lace trim along the hem. Pintuck detailing on the front bodice. Three white buttons at the chest. Back button closure. Both the Christian Dior Enfant brand tag and Saks Fifth Avenue retailer tag are intact. Keep in mind this is a very old dress so the material is much thinner then current fabric is and there may be small imperfections but nothing that stands out or affects the function of the dress it’s self.
