Hand-painted terracotta sculpture by Bernard Bloch. Depicts a monk in a brown habit seated on a bench. A woman in a cream dress and dark lace mantilla leans in whispering to him, holding a folded fan. The monk holds small gold-colored objects, possibly coins. A blue bundle and a brown umbrella or walking stick rest on the bench beside the monk. The base is painted green with a textured ground finish. The bench has a grey stone-like finish. Pre-owned, good condition. No defects noted.
